All defective products, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned for a replacement within 7 days from the original purchase date.
This warranty does not cover physically damaged products, such as cracked glass, rip or torn in the flex cable etc.
Mobizo thoroughly checks and verifies every item before we ship it out to you. We try out best to pack in the goods as safely as possible, but damage by postal service is always possible.
To resolve this, we contact our postal service provider and co-operate further with them.
Important notice: Products shipped returned to us without any confirmation or permission (via website/email) can not be processed. Please wait until we give you a ticket number and shipping address. When you return a package to us, you have to pay for the shipping fees yourself.
Following terms applies to all refunds and exchange:
All item(s) being returned must be in original condition with packaging, unused, and undamaged. Otherwise, the return will be denied.
All item(s) that have been returned without first receiving return approval will be denied.
All item(s) being returned without our company branding/logo (on the part/LCD/product) will be denied.
All item(s) being returned without a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number on the outside of the package will be denied.
Steps to follow to submit a return:
- Request a return via ”Returns” in your user account dashboard.
- Fill in all information regarding your return. Describe your problem as detailed as possible.
- Pack the product you wish to return carefully with enough protection materials.
- Ship the package back to us, to the given address in your account dashboard.
When we receive your return package we will keep you updated via the mail.
